slovenia n stuff
Current mood: nostalgic
Need to shout out my slovenia crew Sindikat. These people were off the hook. Imagine being picked up by an educated promoter, who hosts a tv show on important books, who showed us around the old part of Llubjana with perfect history lessons. and he had his crew of really smart, cute djs and artists meet us for dinner. The club was decorated with stickers of my lyrics, and the croud was crazy and so much fun.
Then I went to berlin and did a live dj set to a yoga class, my friend just opened up a yoga studio there www.yogaloft-berlin.de and my friend paul manza who is an awesome yoga teacher here in nyc came with me and did a workshop. It was melancholy for me though because my ex lives there. I am telling you these things because I am trying to be more intimate with you. I mean, you know, PS is not just all bad ass and yeah everything’s PERFECT all the time. 2009 is all about being real. Wait til you hear this new music I am working on and my master plan!
Anyway, I am listening to Beck’s Modern Guilt which is produced by Dangermouse and it suits my mood perfectly. I gotta work with Dangermouse. Hey DM let’s go!
